There is no sales tax on sales to USA residents outside of California.
California residents are charged the "statewide" rate. Any additional amount over the statewide rate for Los Angeles County residents through an internet sale will be paid by the artist.
Any tax involved in out of the country sales must be paid by the buyer.

Shipping/Handling
Out of country costs of shipping and handling may be higher than the website calculation in which event, upon notification, the buyer must remit the difference to the artist before shipping.
